We're based in McKinney, Texas, at 119 W Virginia Street. We handle design-build remodeling and installation across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and North Texas, and we supply our materials — cabinetry, natural stone, terracotta roof tile, and outdoor living systems — to projects beyond that area as well.
Both, under one contract. On most projects, one company sells the material and a different one installs it — which is where delays and finger-pointing start. We source the material factory-direct and install it with our own team, so there's a single point of accountability from the first measurement to the finished work.
Five connected things: full kitchen, bath, and whole-home remodeling; kitchen and bathroom cabinetry; natural stone and marble; outdoor living systems such as motorized pergolas and sliding glass; and handmade terracotta roof tile. We can carry a project across several of these or supply a single material into someone else's job.
The remodeling and materials side is a recent expansion, but it isn't a standing start. It's built on more than fifteen years in real estate development and long-established, factory-direct relationships with the makers and quarries we source from. Much of our early work already comes from referrals, and we intend to keep it that way.
Four stages. First, discovery — we walk the space, listen to your goals, and take measurements. Second, concept — layouts, material options, and a transparent, line-item estimate. Third, refinement — final material selections and drawings, so there are no surprises later. Fourth, implementation — our own crew supplies, builds, and installs to a written schedule.
Yes. We review and approve physical samples before anything is ordered. Stone and terracotta especially are far easier to judge in your hand than on a screen, so we'd rather you hold the material first.
We put the timeline in writing before you commit, so it's never a surprise. Cabinetry from our dealer lines is generally available on a short timeline because it's stocked regionally. Certain natural stone and handmade terracotta is made or sourced to order and carries a longer lead time — where that's the case, we say so up front and build it into the schedule, with samples in your hands early so the wait is never guesswork.
After we understand the scope, you get a written estimate for the project. Each quote states plainly what's included and what isn't, and where you have options, each option is a complete price rather than a base plus add-ons. We won't be the cheapest bid you get; what you're paying for is one team that's accountable for the result.
We spell exclusions out in every quote so nothing is assumed. Depending on the project, items commonly handled separately include appliances, plumbing and electrical hookups, permits, moving or hauling existing furniture, subfloor leveling beyond normal preparation, and repainting wall surfaces after work. If something isn't listed as excluded in your quote, it's included.
Payments are staged to the work: a deposit to begin and order materials, a payment at delivery, and a final payment once the job is complete and approved. The exact terms are set out in your project agreement.
The tile is genuinely handmade by Şahtaş, an Anatolian maker producing it by hand since 1979, and it's already in place on roofs in the US and UK. We provide the product's test data, performance documentation, and reference projects on request, so a builder, architect, or inspector has what they need to specify and approve it.
